Cities other than Harrisburg will see protests tomorrow as well.
Calls to reopen Pennsylvania will also be taking place in Butler, Pittsburgh, New Castle, Clarion, Mercer and Beaver; all of which are county seats. Many other cities will be holding protests despite the health risk and orders by Pennsylvania’s Governor.
The attendance in Harrisburg tomorrow is expected to be over 100,000. Estimates in Pittsburgh seem to project nearing 20-40,000 and smaller protests in more rural cities are expected to be barely 1,000 and top at at around 2,500.
The theme of the protest revolves around liberties being suspended or revoked during this crisis. Those who are attending are advised to wear a mask and practice social distancing despite the environment of defiance.
